You should be open in 3 to 6 months, depending on how quickly you choose a site.
Typically between 2 and 3 employees are needed in the studio at all times. Some appointments are pre-booked, but walk-in business is an important factor to consider and staffing can be adjusted as you learn the traffic patterns to your studio. Limiting wait times is important, so you need to balance staff with demand.
