Fabienne van Buchem
Co-Founder & CEO
Fabienne brings expertise in marketing, customer experience, and operations to support franchise partners and drive brand growth. Before co-founding Beambar, she worked on the DoorDash expansion team, helping launch new verticals including pet food, flowers, and convenience items. She co-founded Beambar while at Columbia University, validating demand through a successful NYC pop-up before launching permanent locations. Originally from the Netherlands, Fabienne has lived in New York City since 2017.
Aditya Jain
Co-Founder & President
Adi oversees finance, real estate, legal, and operational systems across Beambar with a focus on strong performance and long-term financial health. He supports franchisees with reliable payroll, point-of-sale, and operational controls to help manage costs and maximize profitability. Previously, Adi worked in real estate, including with senior housing communities, building expertise in site selection, lease negotiations, and property management. Adi lives in Jersey City with his wife, son, and King Charles Yorkie.
Dr. Rashi Gupta
Co-Founder & Medical Director
Rashi leads the clinical and operational standards for the brand, ensuring each studio delivers a seamless, high-quality customer experience. Drawing on her background as a practicing dentist for 10+ years, she guides franchisees on hygiene protocols, clinical best practices, and efficient whitening workflows. Prior to franchising, Rashi helped design the scalable operational systems behind studio openings and daily management. She continues to practice dentistry at her two offices in Jersey City, bringing medical credibility and hands-on expertise to the brand.
